Well, not so much a screenshot as design work for the amazing Gopher Wikipedia you get in Boss 101. What you are seeing are the first pass designs for various page templates. In the game you can look up facts about the people and places you visit in the Gopher database. These icons are the ones they use to help sort and identify the types of pages you will find.

Enjoy and talk with you soon!

Why don't you release it as an "Early Access" game?

I have viewed the game on steam, and it's way cooler than this flash version, but you keep people waiting.

I'm telling you that you should put it in early access, 'cause Youtubers are SURELY going to notice that new game (for an example: Jacksepticeye, he loves that kind of games), and they're going to make it famous in no time!

Than the people will stay longer and play the game as it updates, waiting for the final release.

I've seen a lot of impatient people, you don't want to lose them, once the game is out (full or early access, it doesn't matter (they just want the game)), they are going to go rage playing and sharing it on all social networks.

That is definitely something we have considered. We get requests about putting the game on Early Access and I want to elaborate a little on our thinking going forward since there are a few things that might help you understand why we haven't put up the game there yet.

First, we want the game out as much or MORE than anyone. We would love to see it in your hands. As much as we don't like the concept of people having to wait we are also determined to keep our focus on the quality and polish. Early Access is great for a lot of things and for some games it has been phenomenal. That said, there are a ton of bad Early Access releases out there. For us, the only time to go Early Access is when we are in a position where it makes the most sense developmentally and would have the most positive impact on the game. You may argue that moment is right now and that is totally understandable. For us, it’s more complicated than that.

It is AWESOME you are excited about the game and that we have friends like you who want us out as soon as possible. People like yourself are making our day with comments like the one you posted. We love it and we are creating this game for you. At the same time, we cannot and will not do anything to jeopardize your trust in us. I am talking about the fact our team is super small and right now we are 100% on polish and tunes. Early Access is a whole different beast and though it may seem a simple thing to push builds and listen to Steam reviews and Youtubers there really is a bit of work involved and it’s certainly not a zero effort affair.

When you mention impatient people I don’t know what to tell you. Giving you our best effort hopefully isn’t making people impatient. We are not looking to disappoint anyone or make you upset. If the end result is a better game with a much higher value there really is little loss for the user. We’ve only promised the best game we can do. We’ve had delays but they were communicated here and in all our blogs. We've welcomed feedback and answered every comment directly. Also, we aren't doing a Kickstarter and we haven't taken anyone's money. The only thing happening is we are making a game, on our own dime, in the hopes of bringing you our best. We just can't rush it, it doesn't get us anything and won’t make your experience any better. We have only a few people so out time is really at a premium.

So, I know that was a long winded answer but you deserve to hear the reasoning. What we promise is to do our best. We have considered Early Access and will always keep you and others posted about the game and the development. We have always been asking for people to sign up for the beta (which means they can play the game when we do private testing) by mailing us at hello @ donleytimefoundation.com (remove spaces).

Thanks again and we TOTALLY understand where you are coming from. We’re hyped too, we want you to play and we are doing our level best. You can be rest assured we will keep you posted as we go.

Best,

-Tim

The thing is, add some other features to the game which you were thinking to add, and just let the river flow.

Of course! Check out our prior reply to your question for a more elaborate answer. Great comment and we hopefully we able to give you answers about where we are at with things.
